How does the Bold Slim membership work?
Choose a monthly plan (Essential, Sculpt, or Elite) that fits your wellness goals. Your membership includes a set number of treatments per month, discounts on additional services, product savings, and priority booking. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime with 30 days' notice.
Can I share my membership with a friend or family member?
Memberships are individual and non-transferable. However, our Referral Programme gives both you and your friend a R200 credit when they book their first treatment.
What happens to unused sessions at the end of the month?
Unused sessions roll over for one additional month, giving you flexibility. After the second month, any remaining sessions expire. We encourage you to book consistently for the best results.
How do I earn loyalty points?
You earn 1 point for every R1 spent on treatments, products, and IV drips at Bold Slim. Points accumulate automatically and can be redeemed for treatment credits, free sessions, and products once you reach reward thresholds.
Can I pause my membership if I travel or have a medical reason?
Yes. You can pause your membership for up to 3 months per calendar year. Simply notify us via WhatsApp and we'll freeze your plan — no charges during the pause period.
Do promotional offers stack with membership discounts?
Membership discounts apply to standard treatment pricing. Seasonal promotions and special offers may not be combined with membership discounts unless explicitly stated. Our team will always apply the best available price for you.
