3.1 LipoSculpt Online Shop
Bold Slim Wellness sells the following product types through the LipoSculpt Shop:
- Internal wellness supplements (capsules, softgels, protein shakes, herbal formulations)
- Topical sculpting gels and creams
- Body tools and accessories (exfoliating sponges)
- Product bundles and transformation systems
3.2 Important Health Disclaimer
All LipoSculpt products are food supplements and cosmetic wellness products. They are:
- Not medicines or pharmaceutical products

3.3 In-Clinic Services
Bookings for in-clinic treatments (body contouring, IV drips, lymphatic drainage, skin aesthetics) are subject to a separate Booking & Treatment Agreement provided at the time of consultation.
4. Ordering & Payment
4.1 Placing an Order
Orders are placed through the LipoSculpt Shop on this website. By completing checkout, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product(s) at the stated price. Bold Slim Wellness reserves the right to accept or decline any order.
Order confirmation will be sent via email or WhatsApp once payment is received and verified.
4.2 Pricing
- All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR)
- Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable
- Bold Slim Wellness reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice; however, the price confirmed at the time of your order will apply to that order
- Sale prices are valid only for the duration of the advertised promotion
4.3 Payment
All online payments are processed securely through Yoco, a registered South African payment service provider. Bold Slim Wellness does not store your card or banking details. By completing payment, you agree to Yoco's terms of service.

Orders will only be dispatched once full payment has been confirmed.
5. Delivery & Shipping
5.1 Shipping Rates

5.2 Delivery Areas
We deliver nationwide across South Africa via reputable courier partners. Delivery is to a physical address only — we do not deliver to P.O. boxes or Postnet addresses.
5.3 Delivery Timeframes
- Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days after dispatch
- Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary during public holidays or peak periods
- Bold Slim Wellness is not liable for delays caused by the courier, weather conditions, or circumstances outside our control
5.4 Order Tracking
A tracking number will be provided via WhatsApp or email once your order has been dispatched.
5.5 Risk of Loss
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the courier. If a parcel is lost in transit, we will assist in lodging a claim with the courier on your behalf.

Key points:
- Ingestible supplements (capsules, shakes, oils) that have been opened are non-returnable for health and hygiene reasons
- Sealed, unopened items in original condition may be returned within 7 calendar days of delivery
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, images, product names, logos, branding, the "LipoSculpt" name, product formulations, and all written descriptions — is the property of Bold Slim Wellness and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of income, personal injury, or adverse reactions arising from use of a product contrary to its instructions
- We do not guarantee specific results from the use of any LipoSculpt product, as individual outcomes depend on lifestyle, health status, diet, and consistency of use
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, No. 68 of 2008.

Your personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and in full compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), No. 4 of 2013.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except where strictly necessary to fulfil your order (e.g. courier services, payment processors).
11. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of this website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
