Home Care & Optimal Results
Use of Exfoliating Body Sponge to stimulate superficial capillary circulation and remove dead skin cells.
Application of Detox Balance gel with Swedish pumping, kneading and knuckling movements.
Clockwise abdominal drainage targeting visceral lymph nodes and digestive sluggishness.
Rest period under heated blankets with guided deep breathing and herbal infusion.
Book your 60-minute session and experience immediate de-bloating and lightness.
Unlike the circulatory system, your lymphatic system has no central pump (like the heart). It relies on muscle movement, deep breathing, and specialized external pressure to move toxins, cellular metabolic debris, and fluid away from tissues.
Eliminates excess interstitial fluid that causes bloating, leg heaviness, and puffiness around the abdomen and waistline.
Crucial after liposuction, tummy tucks, or BBLs to drain edema, prevent seromas, and avoid stubborn tissue fibrosis.
Complements Laser Lipo, Wood Therapy, and red light roller therapy by rapidly evacuating mobilized fluids and metabolic waste.
Combine advanced mechanical therapy, manual expertise, thermal heat, surface brushing, and light rolling for optimal results.

Medical-grade multi-chamber compression boots and body suit that apply rhythmic, peristaltic pressure from ankles to abdomen to flush fluid buildup.

Gentle, rhythmic Vodder-technique manual massage tailored for clients recovering from liposuction, tummy tucks, or cosmetic surgery to safely drain edema.

Deep-penetrating infrared heat waves that warm the body from within, raising core temperature to induce cellular sweating and microcirculatory dilation.

Natural agave-bristle sweeping along lymphatic pathways toward major nodal clusters, clearing dead skin and awakening superficial capillaries.

Synergistic application of dual-wavelength 660nm/850nm LED red light paired with continuous anatomical wood/roller therapy for fascial release.
After cosmetic surgery (Liposuction, Vasor Lipo, Tummy Tuck, BBL, or Mommy Makeover), trauma to tissue creates significant swelling, bruising, and hard fibrotic lumps.
Our trained therapists work directly with your post-op timeline to gently pump stagnant fluid toward healthy lymph nodes, keeping tissue smooth, reducing pain, and speeding up your return to normal activities.
Ultra-gentle superficial manual drainage to reduce severe fluid retention and calm inflammation.
Targeted MLD paired with mild pressotherapy to prevent hard subcutaneous nodules and smooth contours.
Red light therapy and body rolling to boost collagen elasticity and finalize skin tightness.
The LipoSculpt Lymph Reset Protocol is a 60-minute specialized 3-step clinical treatment (Analise, Treat, Care) designed to transform heavy, tired tissues into a light, energised state. It combines exfoliative body sponging, Detox Balance leg and tummy lymphatic massage, and thermal heat activation to drain excess fluid and support natural detox.
Treatments like Laser Lipo and Wood Therapy mobilize fluids and fat deposits, which the body must naturally process through the lymphatic system. MLD and pressotherapy accelerate this clearance, preventing fluid retention and delivering faster, more noticeable inch loss.
With clearance from your plastic surgeon, MLD can typically begin 3 to 7 days post-procedure. Early, delicate manual therapy prevents fluid pockets (seromas), reduces intense swelling, and keeps tissue soft and pliable.
Pressotherapy (Compression Suit) utilizes computerised air chambers for uniform, rhythmic pumping ideal for overall wellness, water retention, and general detox. Manual MLD is a highly targeted, hands-on medical technique necessary for surgical recovery or localized post-op care.
For optimal results, we suggest a course of 6 to 10 sessions scheduled 1–2 times per week. Many clients report feeling lighter and less bloated immediately after their very first 60-minute session.
Lymphatic drainage is extremely safe, but clients with active congestive heart failure, acute deep vein thrombosis (DVT), untreated skin infections, or severe kidney conditions should consult their physician prior to treatment.
