Membership Terms & Conditions

Bold Slim × Ntivo Clinic offers three membership tiers, billed monthly:

• Essential — R690 per month
• Sculpt — R1,490 per month
• Elite — R2,900 per month

Prices include VAT. Each plan includes a set number of treatments and benefits as described on the membership page. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days written notice to existing members.

All membership payments are processed securely via Yoco. Upon activation, an invoice with a secure payment link will be emailed to you. The invoice is due within 3 days of issuance.

Your membership activates automatically once payment is received. Monthly billing recurs on the same date each month. Failed payments will result in a 7-day grace period before membership suspension.

Members must provide 30 days written notice to cancel their membership. Notice must be sent via email to noeslita@gmail.com or via WhatsApp to +27 74 060 8252.

Cancellations take effect 30 days from the date of written notice. The member remains liable for the monthly fee during the notice period. No pro-rata refunds will be issued for partial billing cycles.

EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation) and Faradic treatments are not suitable for everyone. You must disclose any of the following contraindications before treatment:

• Cardiac pacemaker or implanted defibrillator
• Pregnancy or trying to conceive
• Epilepsy or seizure disorders
• Metal implants in the treatment area
• Active cancer or undergoing chemotherapy/radiation
• Deep vein thrombosis or blood clots
• Severe hypertension or heart conditions

By activating your membership, you confirm that you have disclosed all relevant medical conditions and consent to EMS and related treatments. You agree to inform the clinic of any changes to your health status.

All sessions must be booked in advance via our booking system or WhatsApp. Members are required to provide 24 hours notice for any cancellation or rescheduling.

No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment are non-refundable and will count toward your monthly session allowance. Unused monthly sessions do not roll over to the following month.

Results from slimming, body contouring, IV therapy, and aesthetic treatments vary from person to person. Bold Slim × Ntivo Clinic makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, weight loss, or body composition changes.

Treatments are intended to support overall wellness and complement a healthy lifestyle. They are not a substitute for balanced nutrition, regular physical activity, or professional medical care.

By activating your membership, you acknowledge that all treatments are performed by trained professionals. You agree to release Bold Slim × Ntivo Clinic, its staff, and contractors from any liability for adverse outcomes resulting from undisclosed medical conditions, failure to follow pre- or post-treatment instructions, or individual reactions to treatments.

Members participate in all treatments at their own risk and agree to follow all clinic guidelines and staff instructions.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa and comply with the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA), No. 25 of 2002.

Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of the Gauteng courts, South Africa.
