How does it feel like?
Lymphastim feels like a relaxing, rhythmic compression massage. The inflating and deflating chambers create a gentle squeezing sensation that moves progressively up your legs or arms. Most clients find it deeply relaxing many fall asleep during the session.
How many sessions do i need for best results?
For optimal results, we recommend a course of 4–6 sessions. Many clients notice a lighter, less puffy feeling even after their first session. The ideal number of sessions depends on your goals whether it's post-surgical recovery, chronic oedema management, or general wellness.
Do i need to take time off after the session?
None at all. Lymphatic Drainage is 100% non-invasive with no recovery time. You can return to your normal activities immediately. We recommend drinking plenty of water afterward to support the elimination of flushed toxins.
